Frequently asked questions
Is it really free? What is the catch?
Really free, no catch, and the report is yours regardless. Our model depends on the assessment being genuinely useful: roughly half of companies hire us afterward, and the rest refer us. We would rather earn the work than gate the diagnosis.
Will you report what you find to OSHA or the EPA?
No. We are a private consulting firm, not an enforcement agency, and we have no reporting relationship with OSHA or EPA. Findings go to you and only you. Where clients want added protection, assessments can be run under attorney-client privilege through your counsel.
How is this different from a full safety audit?
The gap assessment is a breadth-first screen — 20 points, one walkthrough, scored high/medium/low. A full safety audit is depth-first: multi-day, standard-by-standard, with regulatory citations for every finding. The assessment tells you whether and where you need the audit.
Who actually shows up?
A practice leader — a CSP, CIH, or PE with 15+ years of field experience. We do not send junior staff to first meetings, because the value of the assessment is the judgment applied during the walkthrough.
