Our 14-person team of board-certified professionals (CSP, CIH, PE, CHMM) serves 340+ mid-market facilities with one promise: compliance you can prove — with documentation, metrics, and closed findings.
Why Meridian exists
Our founder spent 11 years as a corporate EHS director watching the same failure repeat: a consultant flies in, delivers a thick report, invoices, and disappears. The findings sit unfixed. The next audit finds them again.
Meridian was built to break that loop. We scope every engagement around closed findings, not delivered pages. Reports come with owners, deadlines, and costed fixes. Fractional clients get a standing scorecard — TRIR, DART, training completion, open corrective actions — reviewed with leadership every quarter. If the numbers do not move, that conversation happens with us in the room.

What credentials do your consultants hold?
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), CHST, and ISO 45001 lead auditor certification. Credential holders — not trainees supervised by them — lead your work.
Are you insured?
Yes — professional liability (errors and omissions), general liability, and workers’ compensation coverage, with certificates of insurance available on request. Most client contracts and site access programs require this and we clear those reviews routinely.
Where do you work?
On-site across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia from our Columbus office, with dedicated pages for Columbus and Cincinnati. Documentation-based work and fractional support run nationwide.
Do you replace our safety manager?
Usually the opposite: we make one person effective in a job that is genuinely a three-person job, or we cover the gap until you hire — and then help you hire. Where clients have no EHS staff at all, fractional support is the substitute.
